This is for you if...
Your hard drive looks like a graveyard of almost-tracks.
If you tweak the same three tracks for months because you don't trust your own ear to say "done"
If you're scared to share unfinished work because someone might see you're not "real" yet
If you compare your rough drafts to other people's finished, mastered, released tracks
If you feel overwhelmed by the amount of plugins that exist and end up in freeze mode
If you've spent years in tutorial hell, learning pieces of everything and finishing nothing.
If you feel that when you do finish something, you can't take in that it's good,
If when you make music completely alone, and the isolation is wearing you down…

The Cohort
This is a hands-on, guided creative experience where you make your first EP from start to finish — in four months, alongside a small group of artists, with Uji and Lola with you every step of the way.
Every session, you bring your work. We listen together, respond in real time, get immediate feedback that you can implement on the spot and help you figure out what it needs next. You are not studying how to make an EP. You are making one.
Your EP will be built from what already exists – the sketches, loops, unfinished ideas from your archive — and from new material composed during the cohort itself. By the time you finish, you will have a completed, mastered, released body of work and a creative process you can use for the rest of your career.

Who this is for:
MUSIC PRODUCERS sitting on folders of unfinished sketches who are ready to turn them into something real and are unsure on how to take the next step
ARTISTS with a clear direction and an abundance of ideas but looking for a guide on how to finish and release their music.
MUSICIANS who want real accompaniment, not a course, from people who've done this more than once
CREATIVES who work best with structure and a deadline, and know a group keeps them accountable
EXPERIENCED PRODUCERS who've been making music alone for years and are ready to build inside a community
ANYONE with something to say who's been waiting for the right container to finally say it
Not for you if: You want gear talk and production tutorials. You're looking for someone to finish your tracks for you. You aren't willing to share rough, vulnerable work-in-progress.
The ECHO Method
E — EXPLORE
C — CRAFT
H — HARMONIZE
O — ONWARD
The ECHO Method is the creative framework at the heart of Echosystem School of Sound. A four-stage process — Explore, Craft, Harmonize, Onward — that guides any artist from raw idea to finished, released work. We apply it across everything we teach, because the journey from unfinished to done is always the same. Only the music changes.

E — EXPLORE
Month 1
Before building, you listen. You bring what you have — sketches, loops, fragments, directions — and we help you hear what's already there. Together we find the concept, the emotional thread, the story your EP wants to tell. We look at composition as a starting point: what ideas are worth developing, what structures are emerging, what new pieces need to be written to complete the picture. You leave this month knowing what you're making and why.
You walk away with: a clear EP concept, a committed tracklist, and a creative direction that is entirely yours.
C — CRAFT
Month 2
You build. Each week you bring your tracks in whatever state they're in and we work through them together. Some will come from your archive, refined and reshaped. Others will be composed during the cohort itself. We touch on everything the music needs: arrangement, composition, sound design, recording techniques, production choices. Uji and Lola listen, respond, and give you the direction you need. The group becomes part of the creative feedback loop.
You walk away with: fully produced, arrangement-complete versions of all your EP tracks.
H — HARMONIZE
Month 3
The tracks exist. Now you bring them into harmony with each other — sonically, emotionally, conceptually — until they feel like one body of work. We work through mixing each track, balancing and shaping the sound, then mastering for cohesion and volume. We close the month by sequencing the EP: track order, flow, the full listening experience from beginning to end.
You walk away with: a mixed, mastered, sequenced EP. Done.
O — ONWARD
Month 4
Your EP is finished. Now you send it into the world with intention. We cover delivery and DSPs, rights and royalty registration, and how to build the story around your release — the language, the content, the narrative that invites people into your world. We help you plan a launch that does justice to what you made.
You walk away with: your EP on every platform, your rights registered, a release plan, and the story to tell it.

Here's what you'll actually walk away with:
A FINISHED, MASTERED EP ON EVERY PLATFORM — A finished, mastered release live on every platform.
A CREATIVE PROCESS THAT BELONGS TO YOU — A creative method you'll use for every project after this one.
YOUR RIGHTS PROTECTED — Registration and infrastructure so your music works for you.
A STORY WORTH TELLING — The narrative and language to bring people into your release.
A COMMUNITY — A group of artists who made something real alongside you.
DIRECT TIME WITH LOLA AND UJI — Real feedback from two people who've actually done this, not generic notes.
A CLEAR MAP FOR NEXT TIME — From mixing and arrangement decisions to DSPs and rights registration, you'll know exactly how to move an idea to a finished release.
